• The additional road marking work to be completed at the Tram Road off-ramp is now planned for 20 May, with a stop/go in place between 9am - 1pm.
• South Belt is currently closed to westbound traffic from Martyn Street with a detour via Bush Street and Johns Road. This is now expected to continue through to the end of the month due to some delays experienced.
• Works are continuing at Ohoka Road-Island Road intersection on the signal installation. The closure of Island Road is changing back to the south side of Ohoka Road to finish the surfacing works, road marking and sign installations.
• River Road is closed to westbound traffic from Ashley Street for the urbanisation works taking place here, along with a closure of Riverview Road between Awa Place and River Road. Detour will be via Milton Ave and Cones Road. Buses will still service the park and ride, with the exception for the westbound #1 which will follow the detour and stop on Cones Road outside DoC.
• The footpath closure between the two pedestrians crossings outside 190 High Street is continuing.
• The Rangiora Fire Brigade are holding a 150^th Anniversary event in Percival Street on Sunday the 2^nd June. Percival Street will be closed to vehicles between Queen Street and the Rangiora Service Centre car park entry from 8am - 4:30pm.
• Works are commencing on Monday at the narrow culvert on Townsend Road to underground the existing watermain. Temporary traffic lights will be in place with the road reduced to one lane. Some delays are expected during peak travel times.
• Fuller Street will be closed to westbound traffic from Williams Street from Monday for up to one week, for sewer upgrades. Detours available via Carew Street or Hilton Street.
• Woodend Beach Road will be closed to the public from the Holiday Park to the beach next week for tree removal works adjacent to the road.
• Wolffs Road is due to be closed between Harewood Road and the Eyre River from 25 May to 23 June for a new culvert to be installed. Detour available via Poyntzs Road. Property access will be available via the Wolffs Road ford. If the ford is closed, the road will be reopened.
