The Waimakariri Arts Strategy - Ngā Toi o Waimakariri builds on the solid foundation laid by the various groups, collectives and individuals that make up the arts in the Waimakariri District. It provides a framework around which the Council can help the Waimakariri arts sector to increase its capacity, capability and profile. This will open up a wider local, national and even international market, increasing the likelihood that our artists can make a living from their passion.
