As part of the Waimakariri District Council Maintenance Contract, CORDE will be carrying out pavement rehabilitation (granular overlay) and dig-out repairs on Mill Road, Ohoka.

We will be replacing the kerb and channel on the east side of Ashgrove Street, between Seddon Street to Kingsbury Avenue.

We’re replacing 130m of water main, 220m of sewer main and 60m of stormwater main along Raven Quay between Black Street and Williams Street.

The existing stormwater drain outside 31 Upper Sefton Road is being improved.

The existing water mains on the south side of Cridland Street East are due for renewal as part of this year's Kaiapoi water renewals program.
