Direct debit (Easypay)

You can set up regular weekly, fortnightly, monthly, quarterly or annual payments - these are especially handy for rates, leases or licence payments. To set up a direct debit for your rates payment, click here to do it online. To set up a direct debit for leases or licence payments, you will need to complete a physical form which can be downloaded and printed or picked up from any service centre. This hard copy form can also be used to set up your rates direct debit if you do not wish to complete our online form. Prior to payments starting, we will advise the amount of each payment, and the dates that payments will be debited. Internet or phone banking transfer

Payments can be transferred from your bank account to the Council's bank account via internet or phone banking. The Council's bank account for phone or internet payments is Account Number: 01-0877-0129222-00.
