Council Service Centres and Libraries

The Rangiora and Kaiapoi Service Centres will be closed from Friday 29 March to Monday 1 April.

Oxford will be closed on Friday 29, Sunday 31 March and Monday 1 April, and open Saturday 10am - 12pm.

Waimakariri Libraries

All our Libraries will be closed on Friday 29, Sunday 31 March and Monday 1 April.

On Saturday 30 March, Rangiora and Kaiapoi will be open 10am - 2pm and Oxford will be open 10am - 12pm.

Kerbside Recycling

Bins and bags that are normally collected on Friday move to Saturday 30 March.

There are no changes for Easter Monday collections.

Bins and bags should be out for collection by 7am.

Transfer Stations

Friday 29 March - the Southbrook Resource Recovery Park and Oxford Transfer Station are closed.

Sunday 31 March - ReSale Store closed, and the rest of the Southbrok Resource Recovery Park is open. Oxford transfer station is open as usual.

Transfer Stations will be open their usual hours for the remainder of Easter weekend.

Aquatic Facilities

There will be no scheduled programmes from Friday 29 March to Monday 1 April.

Our pools will be open:

• Friday 29 March, 10am - 7pm
• Saturday 30 March, 7.30am - 7pm
• Sunday 31 March, 7.30 - 7pm
• Monday 1 April, 10am - 7pm
