Art competition – Now Open!

This competition is to showcase the amazing art that our young people design and create that reflect the natural environment around them. Entries are open now and close on Friday 1 November 2024 at 5pm.

Youth Council would like to see how young people in the district see the natural environment. This could look like dioramas, sculptures, or wearable art utilising items such as driftwood, scrap metal, or milk bottles. There are prompts in the information pack attached below for anyone who would like to create a literary piece of art – poetry or short story.

Please read through the information pack for the criteria, prompts, and prizes. Click here to access the information pack.
